  • PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) Cutter is a super hard material that dense polycrystalline diamond with tungsten carbide substrate at very high temperature as well as pressure.
  • Since PDC Cutters is comprised of tungsten carbide and diamond grit substrate, it is available with the advantages of diamond as well as tungsten carbide. It is known for high impact resistant, high thermal stable and high abrasion resistant.
  • PDC Cutters are extensively applied to gas, geological exploration, oilfield drilling, coal mining and other drilling, milling applications as well as tooling as PDC Drill Bits like Matrix PDC Drill Bits and Steel PDC Drill Bits for oil drilling along with Tri-cone PDC Drill Bit for coal mining.
